Athens based Virginyah a.k.a Virginia Fragkoulatzi makes her debut solo appearance (on Timewarp Music) with her very promising single “What Do You Want”.

Virginyah has a rich musical background with classical and modern studies. She plays piano and flute and has had various collaborations with prominent artists of the local music scene! “What Do You Want” was inspired during the first year of psychotherapy treatment. Virginyah managed to put into her lyrics all the emotional outcome of these sessions. The lyrics are a statement of personal change and a wonderful journey of self-awareness. The end result is a melodic soulful trip hop and downtempo r&b track with powerful lyrics.

With her sweet and special voice, Virginyah creates a smooth yet catchy atmosphere on the single song. The production is credited to one of our favourite producers and beatmakers, Rsn, who contributed with his very unique and characteristic music style.

The single will be followed by a five track mini album EP under the title “Therapy Sessions” due to be released soon on our label.
